Return & Exchange

At Kittly, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy subject to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Returns

1.1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the date of purchase.

1.2. Proof of Purchase: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

1.3. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at inquiriesatkittly@gmail.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

1.4. Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 2 days.

 

2. Exchanges

2.1. Eligibility: We offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon receipt or for items of equal or lesser value. Exchanges must be initiated within 3 days of the date of purchase.

2.2. Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at inquiriesatkittly@gmail.com. Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and process the exchange.

2.3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for a returned item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at inquiriesatkittly@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including providing a replacement item or issuing a refund.

 

4. Exceptions

Please note that certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
